Due to unforeseeable circumstances our AGM had to be pushed back late in July but finally we have a date! It will be held on 20 July 2018 at the Hallfield Primary School Assembly Hall.
We have confirmed the venue and our three Lancaster Ward Councillors, our local MP and CityWest Homes representatives are all invited.
We have also invited our local Police Constable to update us with the latest on the surge of antisocial behaviour on Hallfield Estate and how it is dealt with.
This AGM will take place at 7:00pm and is expected to conclude by 9:00pm.
As a thank you to our supporting members we have decided to organise a raffle with three prizes. T&Cs of the raffle coming soon.
