Pembroke House Evens Lift Out of Order!

Since Tuesday, 20/6/17 the 'Evens' lift at Pembroke House is out of order. We have received complaints from residents about the unacceptably long time that the lift has not been functioning and the severe access problems this has caused to vulnerable or elderly people in the block.

The HRA is not responsible for these repairs, but we will contact CityWest Homes as they are the ALMO on behalf of our landlord, the City of Westminster (Westminster Council).

Residents are strongly encouraged to contact the CityWest Homes Repairs Team as soon as they notice any problems and keep track of when they first reported a problem and what and when any action has been taken by the CityWest Repairs Team.

They can always update the HRA with any comments about the progress or resolution (or not) of any repairs.
